Before making a reservation or utilising any of the services offered by Casino Hotels, kindly review the following guidelines. You acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions by confirming a reservation, coming into our facility, or using any of the services or activities therein.

1. Minimum Age:

All visitors must be at least 21 years old to enter and use the casino’s amenities in order to maintain a secure and legal environment. Lounges, gaming floors, and any promotions or events hosted in restricted spaces are all covered by this.
Entry requires a valid government-issued photo ID, which can be asked for at any point while you’re there.
Visitors under 21 are allowed in non-casino areas as long as they are escorted by an adult, but they are not allowed in gaming areas.

2. Bookings & Commitments:

Bookings for rooms are contingent upon availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a valid deposit or payment details.

You have up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time to cancel for free.
There may be a fee equivalent to one night’s stay or more for cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before arrival, depending on the type of reservation.
Except in cases where your booking policy specifies otherwise, no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
We advise you to check the email you received upon confirmation for the precise conditions pertaining to your reservation.
3. The Policy on Gaming:

We are dedicated to encouraging responsible gaming and making the space fun and safe for all visitors.

Visitors are urged to gamble sensibly and within their own means.
If behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate, management has the right to limit wagering, deny service, or restrict access to gaming areas.
Our Responsible Gaming or Guest Services teams can set up voluntary limits or self-exclusion if you or someone you know needs assistance.
Your wellbeing is our top priority, and we believe in providing entertainment with consideration.
4. Conduct of Guests:

The highest standards of hospitality are upheld, and all visitors are expected to show respect for the staff, the facilities, and other guests.

Harassment, offensive language, or aggressive behavior towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
In addition to being kicked off the property, guests who are caught stealing, vandalising, or committing any other illegal activity may also be reported to the local authorities.
Dress codes may apply in certain areas of the casino, dining rooms, or VIP lounges. Please adhere to posted signage or ask our concierge for guidance.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations or deny service in cases of misconduct.
5. The Security and Liability:

We take all appropriate measures to ensure a safe environment because we care about your safety.

It is not liable for personal property left unattended in public or private spaces that is lost, damaged, or stolen.
For valuables like passports, jewellery, or large amounts of cash, we strongly advise using the hotel’s secure front desk storage or the in-room safes.
Although there are surveillance systems in strategic locations to protect visitors, individual attention is also urged.
6. Changes to Terms:

Anytime and without prior notice, these terms and conditions could be updated or changed. Updates could be made to reflect modifications to services, hotel policies, or changes in the law.

Acceptance of the updated terms is implied by continuing to use our services, facilities, or website after any updates.
All visitors are encouraged to frequently review this section in order to stay updated on
anything that changes.
